- Budget Management:
- Monitored and tracked the project budget to ensure expenses remained within the allocated limits.
- Actively sought cost-effective solutions and resources to stretch the budget as much as possible.
- Resourcefully used existing materials already available in the studio where possible to save unnecessary spending.
- Found creative and resourceful solutions when unexpected challenges or budgetary constraints arose.
- Worked closely with senior producers and crew to find ways to keep production within budget while maintaining quality.
- Sourcing Props and Materials:
- Sourced and procured props, materials, and equipment needed for the shoot.
- Ensured all items were available, functional, and aligned with the creative vision.
- Managed the transportation and delivery of props to the shoot location.
- Kept documentation of purchased items, contracts, and other materials related to the shoot.
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Assisted in developing and outlining the shoot schedule to ensure all activities ran smoothly.
- Coordinated with crew members, talent, and vendors to confirm availability and timing.
- Worked to keep the shoot on track by managing timing and ensuring all necessary tasks were completed.
- Helped resolve any issues that arose during pre-production and on the day of the shoot.
- Assisting with Post-Shoot Responsibilities:
- Helped ensure a smooth wrap-up after the shoot, including coordinating the return of rented items and materials.
- Assisted in preparing post-production documents, such as reports on budget spending and any challenges faced.
